Landscape Development

A beautiful addition to any property. This project included; land stripping, major water drainage, land shoring, geotechnical engineering, designed rock walls, and rock staircases.

Victorian Bed & Breakfast

This historicly detailed building executed a basement apartment conversion. This project included; foundation repair, basement water seepage drainage, soundproof construction between upstairs and dowstairs, 2 bedrooms,            1.5 baths, kitchenette, laundry room, recessed lighting, new doors and new windows.

Historic Building Paint Restoration

An elegant three story queen anne victorian mansion was completely restored on the exterior.
This project included; scaffolding and aerial lift work, lead paint abatement, stripping down to original wood, base coats, extremely detailed trim work, bronze leaf accents, and weatherproofing.

House Enlargement

This 4000square foot wood framed home features high quality millwork, extra large glass windows and a breathtaking tile bathrooms. Surrounded by grass, trees and land, this property has it all. Completed in November 2008
